The answer to the second is always the same: You’ll have to wait until next summer.


At The Baker’s Table, we believe some things simply shouldn’t be available year-round.



Fresh Peaches Make All the Difference


We don’t use canned peaches. We don’t use frozen peaches. We wait for peach season, when fresh peaches are at their sweetest, juiciest, and most flavorful.


Those peaches become the heart of every Peach Cobbler Cheesecake we make.


We roast them to concentrate their natural sweetness and bring out the rich, caramelized flavor that reminds you of a homemade peach cobbler fresh from the oven.


It’s more work, but we think you can taste the difference in every bite.



Built from Scratch, Layer by Layer


Our Peach Cobbler Cheesecake starts with our creamy New York-style cheesecake. From there, it’s layered with roasted fresh peaches, buttery streusel, warm cinnamon, and finished with a drizzle of cinnamon caramel.


Every Peach Cobbler Cheesecake is made in small batches because we believe quality is something you can taste.



Why We Don’t Make It All Year


In today’s world, almost anything can be found any time of year. But we’ve chosen a different approach.


We believe seasonal baking gives people something to look forward to.


When peaches are at their peak, we celebrate them. When the season ends, so does our Peach Cobbler Cheesecake.


There’s something special about enjoying a dessert that’s only around for a short time. It makes every slice feel like summer.


Could we make it year-round? Probably.


Would it be the same? Absolutely not.


That’s why we’ll always wait for peach season.

Don’t Miss Peach Season


Our Peach Cobbler Cheesecake is available only while fresh peaches are in season.


Slices are available in limited quantities Thursday through Saturday, and whole cheesecakes are available by preorder while the season lasts.
